Sleeping With Sirens are celebrating the release of the deluxe edition of their album Complete Collapse with a new track called “Don’t Let The Party Die“. Complete Collapse was first released back in 2022 and represented a huge surge for the band. A collection of songs that shimmered with energetic vibrancy juxtaposed by their vulnerable lyrical turns. It represented modern Sleeping With Sirens to the extreme. There’s the dramatic “Let You Down” featuring Charlotte Sands. Then there’s the addictive “Crosses” featuring Underøath’s Spencer Chamberlain. It was a family affair in a lot of ways. And now, a year on, it is still reverberating throughout our hearts and minds. So, as the band bring the curtain down on the era, they are treating us one more time.
“Don’t Let The Party Die” is the most perfect sort of end credits banger for such a vital era for Sleeping With Sirens. With a driving beat, chaotic vocal howls and a chorus that will stick to you like tar, it’s sugary sweet and brilliantly bold. Every member sounds like they are putting their bodies on the line in pursuit of reaching that potent level of electricity, and that’s more than you could ever ask a band to do. So when the breakdown hits, it feels all the more powerful.
